1. Who are Founder Members?

Founder Members are individuals who joined Al Najah United before January 1, 2026. They played a key role in establishing the corporation, providing initial capital, and shaping its mission and governance.

Key Rights of Founder Members:

  • Full voting rights in elections and policy decisions.
  • Access to strategic and financial information.
  • Entitlement to profit sharing based on contribution.
  • Influence over bylaws and corporate direction.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide initial capital.
  • Actively participate in governance and meetings.
  • Uphold corporate values and bylaws.
  • Lead strategic planning and company building.

3. What are General Members (or Associate Members)?

General Members are individuals or entities who joined after January 1, 2026. They support the corporation financially and benefit from its services but do not have voting rights.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide capital through share purchases.
  • Participate in meetings and corporate activities.
  • Monitor performance and support growth.
  • Receive profit shares based on equity, not equally unless shares are identical.

4. Do General Members have voting rights?

No. General Members do not vote on major decisions such as board elections or mergers. Their role is primarily financial and supportive.


5. Can membership be terminated?

Yes. Membership may be terminated based on non-compliance with bylaws, inactivity, or other conditions outlined in the corporation’s governance documents.


6. What distinguishes Founder Members from General Members?

Founder Members:

General Members:
